Terms and Conditions

Prices: Prices at F.O.B. our nursery and are for wholesale trade only. Please do not send your clients to the nursery by themselves or we will be forced to charge you the going retail price for the plants.

Terms: Regular terms are cash unless arrangements are made in advance. Please do not expect credit to be given on 24 hour notice, allow 3-4 weeks processing time for approval. Terms to those with established credit are net 30 days from date on invoice. All accounts over 30 days are subject to a service charge of 1-1/2 % per month. All accounts over 60 days will be converted to a cash only basis. All credit applications must be signed with a personal guarantee or no credit will be given.

Claims All claims must be made in writing within 10 days after receipt of goods. In no case will our liability exceed purchase price.

Orders: We suggest that when possible you call in pick up orders one day in advance to ensure convenient loading. Orders booked for pick up at a later date require a 25% deposit. The 25% deposit will not be refunded if not picked up by the pick-up date.

Delivery: Mileage Fee 0-50 $50 50-150 10% of total order/$60 min. del. charge 150-225 12% of total order/$90 min. del. charge 225-350 15% of total order/$125 min. del. charge 350+ 18% of total order/$200 min. del. charge

Hours: Mon. - Fri. 8:00 a.m. - 12:00/1:00-5:00 p.m. Sat. - March, April, May only 8 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Sun. - CLOSED
